Alesia brings over 13 years of experience in the AEC modeling and drafting field, including three years focused specifically on structural drafting. She has extensive expertise in Revit, which she has used full-time for the past nine years, and excels in 3D modeling and working across multiple software platforms to support efficient, coordinated project delivery.

She was drawn to Axiom by the scale and complexity of the firm’s projects, as well as the opportunity to take on new challenges. The team’s strong emphasis on culture and collaboration also played a key role in her decision to join.
