Chaz (Charles) Elkin is a Project Modeler who turns complex structures into clear, build‑ready drawings and Revit models that keep momentum high. With two years of structural modeling/drafting experience and five years across the AEC industry—including hands‑on time in construction and carpentry—he brings communication, attention to detail, project coordination, and problem solving to every project. He’s most at home working in cold‑formed steel, structural steel, and concrete. Chaz chose Axiom for the emphasis on growth, innovation, and teamwork—and for the chance to collaborate early and often so design, procurement, and construction can progress together in a shared digital environment, helping clients move faster with greater cost predictability. 

What drives him day‑to‑day is the craft of modeling that anticipates downstream construction needs, streamlines handoffs, and supports Axiom’s “built for speed” mindset. Outside of work Chaz is closing in on 30 countries traveled, loves a Saturday round of golf, and soaks up time with a growing family. He’s also a movie buff who never passes up a great sci‑fi flick or series.
