Elena Collins is a Project Engineer I at Axiom with experience in wood and cold-formed steel design. As a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certified engineer, she is focused on building her technical skills while contributing to thoughtful, efficient structural solutions.

Elena was drawn to Axiom by the team’s passion for innovative structural engineering and strong professional drive. She appreciates the firm’s collaborative approach to tackling new challenges and delivering the best possible outcomes for clients, as well as its commitment to investing in the growth and development of young engineers.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys giving back through volunteer efforts and has participated in wetland conservation work in New Zealand—ask her about the experience!
