Lexa Almond is a Project Engineer I at Axiom with experience in concrete, masonry, and steel design. As an Engineer-in-Training, she is passionate about developing her technical expertise and contributing to a wide variety of projects.

Lexa was drawn to Axiom by its strong company culture and the opportunity to grow through diverse and challenging work. She values being part of a team where she can both learn and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Outside of work, Lexa enjoys diving into a good book, tackling puzzles, and taking on creative DIY projects. She also loves spending quality time with her family and hitting the golf course to improve her handicap.
