This project was delivered using Axiom’s Integrated Steel Delivery (ISD). ISD was chosen due to an extremely aggressive schedule combined with cost predictability in this competitive market. With ISD, Axiom started design just after Thanksgiving in 2017 and had the first phase of steel released for detailing and fabrication before the end of December 2017. Micron Building 37 features an employee gym on the second floor, high-volume entry lobby, pedestrian bridge connecting to the existing Building 36 and a bicycle shelter.
