This four-story project included a new emergency room and medical office building. This was the first building built by a private developer for St. Luke’s and was later purchased and then expanded onto with a complete hospital phase four years later. It incorporated a radial building architectural geometry, a new standard clinic design married with efficient grid and column placement, a support clinic and administration areas for hospital facility and concrete isolated second floor therapy pools. Axiom’s Integrated Steel Delivery was utilized for early procurement of material and cost predictability.
