This included a new central plant and all support facilities of a hospital including vibration sensitive Operating Rooms on elevated floors, quiet rooms with sound attenuation considerations and rooftop/secondary solutions for isolation of MEP and medical systems. Overall steel supply contract was within 2% of the initial budget set during Schematic Design using Target Value Delivery.

The new medical office building consisted of a four-story new medical facility. Axiom helped expedite the schedule with the integrated design services reducing the construction schedules. The radial architectural geometry provided some unique challenges for the structural system.
