This new greenfield site consisted of a new four story hospital facility and medical office building. This included a new central plant and all support facilities of a hospital including vibration sensitive operating rooms, MRI, isolation roof top units with secondary framing for vibration sensitive, complex MEP systems. Axiom helped expedite the schedule with the integrated design services reducing the construction schedules. The complex vertical architectural geometry provided some unique challenges for the structural system.
